3D printing material - ABS-ESD7

ABS-ESD7 is a thermoplastic engineering plastic based on ABS-M30 with static dissipative properties that can be used to prevent static build-up. It is mainly used for objects that are susceptible to damage by static electricity, degrade product performance or cause explosions. Because ABS-ESD7 prevents the build-up of static electricity, it does not cause static vibrations nor does it cause adhesion to the surface of objects with minute particles such as powders, dusts and particles. The material is ideal for the packaging and transport of electronic products such as circuit boards. It is widely used as an assembly jig and auxiliary tool for electronic components.

1. Design specifications

● A unique FDM process giving a distinct layer-thick texture to the surface.

● Accuracy control of 0.1mm, with deviation after post-processing.

● Can be polished, plated, painted and spliced.

● Monochrome, not full colour printing. Not suitable for those with high detail requirements or for designs with rich surface texture.

● Minimum layer thickness of 0.127mm possible.

● Restricted hole sizes, thin walls > 1mm.

● Suitable for threading.

● general watertightness.
