Pekk is a PEI-based FDM® thermoplastic. It combines the design freedom and ease of use of FDM with the excellent strength, toughness and wear resistance of PEI materials.

Pekk-peek has high heat resistance, chemical resistance, low outgassing and dimensional stability, especially in large parts. It is suitable for aircraft parts exposed to jet fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid, spacecraft parts requiring low outgassing and industrial parts resistant to chemicals. Using Pekk-peek in conjunction with FDM technology avoids the waste associated with high cost batch PEKK material for reduced material manufacturing.
Pekk-peek can be used on Fortus 450mc™ and Fortus 900™ 3D printers and is compatible with the stripping support material SUP8000B™
